BARNSBY NOSEBAND / BIT ATTACHMENT
This ingenious bit of equipment allows
you to incorporate nose pressure into the action of almost any bit. It consists
of a leather piece that attaches to your regular noseband and cord that you can
thread through the bit and fasten to a pair of reins. (not

LACED REINS
The most common reins used, laced reins offer a degree of
grip and may attach to the bit with hook studs or buckles, and are usually
5/8" or 3/4" wide. Most leather colours are available, and custom lengths and
widths can be made. |

MILITARY REINS
Specialty reins that have a series of hand-holds stitched
along the rein to help maintain rein-length on hard-pulling horses, or
for riders with weakness in their hands. Custom-made. |

A stylish improvement on 'bit converters', the split rein
allows for the use of one rein on bits such as pelhams, hackamore combination
bits and showjumping bits. More precise control is maintained by a buckle
